with wisco/italian asiago/blue/goat cheese] + heirloom tomato raw + clear dressed salad w/green veggies with more vitamins per gram than fucking romaine lettuce/[water spinach/baby bok choy] stir fried with red fermented bean curd and thin chopped garlic bits
